On nitro tap at Cascade, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out gentle roasted toasted pecans, lactose and some bourbon. Flavour is wonderfully cohesive and rich, being primarily a function of the pecans, followed by bourbon and lactose. That pecan character is fantastic. Excellent.
