On tap at Cascade, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh mushrooms, light rose hips, and tart wine barrel character. Flavour is tart and vinous, with a surprisingly nice mushroom character upfront, accentuated by a light floral note from the rose hips. Moderate acidity, with everything well-integrated. Excellent.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of passionfruit, lemons, funk, hops, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of acetone, wood, funk, passionfruit, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ Muted Horn, Berlin. Pours slightly hazy golden, no head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, oak, tart fruit, light vinegar. Flavor is rather sour, malt, wet wood, oak, tart fruit, vinegar. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry and rather acidic finish.260721

Tap at biererei. Nose is raspberry, apple, grape. Palate is sour cherry Joghurt, apple, Maracuja. Pretty good.
