On tap at Von Ebert NW, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright citrus zest, light lacto, and lemon peel. Flavour is bright and citric, with lots of lemon peel, citrus zest and gentle lacto. Not all that authentic but it's constructed well. Lemony and puckering, without too ouch yogurty character. Finished fairly dry. Decent.
