Poured from 375mL bottle. Medium dark brown with beige head. Tobacco, light fruit, mild tartness, touch of leather, subtle chocolate. Much too tart for an adambier. Disappointing.

375ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: dark brown with a tan head. Aroma: inky, roasted malts, farmhouse notes, smoke. Taste: along the same lines, with moderate acidity coming from roasted malts. Overall: nah.

Would think Adelaide would be a sparkling ale, no? Medium brown. Some toasty notes, crackery, and a bit of chocolate. Thin and tart, it seems like a strong dark brown ale that didn't work out...not the sort of character you'd cultivate deliberately. Just sour-fruity. Light smoke in the finish.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is earthy and sludgy, with gentle smoke and muddled tobacco. Flavour is gently tart, with earthy, sludgy smokiness, tobacco, and sour dark fruit. Very tart, which seems out of keeping with an adambier, but I guess this is with Fair Isle's unique touch? Whatever it is, I'm not too happy with it.
