Our house IPA – A fine array of hops in harmony with Pale and Crystal malt. Intense hop flavor with a floral aroma resulting from several hop additions throughout the boil. The name does not mean what you think it does, but you may fall in love with this beer all the same

tap at the brewpub - This IPA has a good citrus hop aroma. The flavor features assertive bitterness, a touch of citrus, some good malt in the background, and a lingering bitter finish. Pretty good.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear amber gold with a white head that lasted throughout the beer and laced. Aroma had a good amount of pine that was balanced by the citrus and tropical fruit notes. Flavor was similar with strong pine in the start the mellows to more of a citrus and tropical fruit finish.

Cask-Dry hopped with Simcoe.A golden amber ale with a thick off white head. Restrained c-hops over caramel malt, very classy. In mouth, a good crisp malt with intense hops, grapefruit. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

Tap at the brewpub - bright copper beer with a frothy, lasting lace - strongly herbal aroma, with quite a sweet, almost sugary smell to it - medium hop bite up front, but quite a high sweetness combines with the hops and herbal notes, making the beer start to taste like hoppy iced tea after a while - light buttery flavor - too sweet and lacking balance.

On draught at the brewpub, 4/16/05. Very light golden-pale yellow almost green tinged. Not a caramel malt driven IPA. Foamy white head has some retention and light lacing. Aroma is dry, lightly perfumy, some honey and spicy, floral hops. Flavor has more floral hops, a strong sense of bitterness, with just a plain pale malt and honey flavored backbone. Can’t deny it’s well-made, but this one didnt do anything for me. Medium body, too much dryness, odd fruit-atop-crusty bread flavor.
