473mL can. Pours clear golden yellow with fast-fading white head. Aroma has some gentle funk, wood, bugs. Flavour has gentle tartness, citrus, woody dryness, bugs. Very nice, good blend.

Notes from FHF 2022 (Aug 06, 2022). Cloudy yellow with small white head. Light funk, oak, quite decent.

Hazy and pale. Brett C coming off the nose. Some lemon balm, kaffir lime, and then the palate has a fair bit of lactic tartness. Again those same citrusy notes and a bit of brett. Solid stuff.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pleasantly buggy, with light tartness, oak, wild yeast, and a hint of tart stone fruits. Flavour is pleasantly buggy, with wild yeast, rustic saison yeast, a hint of tart stone fruits, and light oak. Buggy, oaky, somewhat lacto-y finish. Good.
