16oz can from Buckeye boy. Very pale golden pour, minimal head. Smoky aroma, wood. Taste follows with a nice low-key smoky profile, green wood, ash. A nice mellow smoky beer, gateway to smoked beers

Pale, greenish yellow colour, with a fairly thick head. Smells like smoked yoghurt, which is one heck of an old school vibe. In fact, it smells like milk smoked over dung; I mean this is sophisticated Kyrgyz kymyz. You go to the Suusamyr Valley and ask for the best kymyz, and go to that yurt, and you get something like this, but in beer format. Light body, wheaty, with big oak smoke on that. The pedio - this is straight up pre-electricity vibes. This is one hell of a grod.

On tap at Threshold, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice campfire smoke character, soft wheaty notes and hay. Flavour is gently smoky, with soft wheaty notes, hay, and campfire smoke. Smooth, smoky and wheaty. Really well-done.
