Bottle pour at Bottle Logic, pours a clear pinkish peach colour, no head, poured over a square ice cube. Aroma smells just like a Jungle Bird — there's rum barrels, pineapple, citrus peels, and booze. Flavour is just like that, with citrus peel, rum barrels and pineapple. Complex and surprisingly on-point—my cocktail-loving wife thinks this isn't legit. Damn impressive.
