Nose brings out a nice faded wildflower honey character, with gentle musty grapes, and a hint of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is light-to-medium sweet for the style, with wildflower honey, champagne-like effervescence, and musty dark grape skins. The high carbonation works really well here, subduing the sweetness, and making this drink more like a low ABV champagne or bubbly wine. Very good stuff.
