In Market Square Helsinki poured into a Maku glass. Hazy golden with big white head. Aroma is esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and some big-bubble lacing. Taste is esters, grains, and a little banana.

Utuinen haaleankeltainen olut kohtalaisen runsaalla valkoisella vaahdolla. Tuoksussa aavistus hiivaa, aavistus sitrusta ja banaania, sekä viljaa, mutta kaikkea melko kevyellä otteella. Maku hiivainen, kevyen hedelmäinen sekä kukkainen. Jälkimaku kuiva sekä hieman metallinen. Melko kevyt suutuntuma ja hieman kivennäisvesimäinen. Ei tämä nyt ihan pohjanoteeraus ole, mutta kyllä hyvältä hefeweizeniltä odottaa hieman enemmän.

BBE 18/02/16 - Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aroma of ripe banana fruitiness, stuffy yeastiness and stingy earthy notes. Taste is smooth, sweetish and yeasty with loads of stuffy ripe fruitiness, hints of banana and malts. Finish is sweet, stuffy and yeasty with some ripe fruits and banana. Quite stuffy and not very balanced.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, spicy, tart notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity, yeast, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150620]
