Black colour. It smells like a chocolate bar, vanilla, marshmellow. Good body strength; it starts with roasted malt, then spirit, dark chocolate, burnt sugar, vanilla, chocolate sauce, toasted nuts, hint of bitter almonds in the finish.
Good.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ home shared with Alex. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: a mix of roasted and unripped peanuts, chocolate. Taste: quite sweet, more on the chocolate side, though, than on peanuts as aroma is. Overall: pretty good, especially for the peanuts fans.

Almost black. Not much head. This has a toasty, cereal-like nose. I don't really know what Count Chocula smells like, but I'm guessing this is it. On the palate it's rich, lots of chocolate, light vanilla, and again that sort of cereally note.

(473ml can from The Wheeled, Barrie ON) Pours basically black with a small pale cream head and no lace. Aroma of rich, earthy and slightly nutty cacao, really nice chocolate addition with just a sneak of that sweet cereal chocolate, creamy lactose, dark chocolate maltiness as well with light to moderate roast, slight peanut feel which is just cacao I guess. Flavour is quite sweet up front but cacao heavy, again rich and earthy with some fruitiness, malt is smooth and lightly roasted to match the chocolate, moderate lactose creaminess, cereal quality there but not overbearing. Finish is surprisingly dry and cacao-forward, a little mineral crispness even, lightly bitter chocolate, touch nutty, a little cereal and roast. Medium-full creamy body, soft carbonation. Surprised me how much this ended up being about the cacao nibs and relatively un cereal-like. Totally fine with me as the cacao was of high quality indeed.

On tap at Bellwoods, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma doesn't smell quite as candy-like as the Amazeballs, with cocoa nibs, lactose and a touch of peanuts. Flavour is rather bizarre, with plenty of candy bar-like cocoa, some nuttiness, and lactose. The adjuncts aren't incorporated all that well, and there's quite a bizarre flavour profile here. It's alright but nothing impressive.
