Idaho 7 Extra Pale Ale
We finally decided to name the Extra Pale that we’ve been making since the beginning. As Within So Without is an Extra Pale Ale brewed entirely with Idaho 7 using a simple malt bill of Pilsner, Two Row, and a bit of wheat. Lots of Tropical, Citrus and Tangerine packed into this super drinkable pale ale with a little bit of resin in the background. We are excited to be switching hops up and showcasing other varieties for this beer every few months, so collect them all!

Can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A light citrus nose. Smooth, light bitter hops. Sweet citrus, a bit of resin. Solid.

16 oz. can, pours a mostly clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a wonderful hop character, with dank piney hops, white wine tanginess (as though this were Nelson Sauvin hopped), and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a wonderful hop character, with bright pine, some resinous hop oils, a touch of citrus, and white wine tang. What a hop character -- so piney, resinous, bright, and crisp. Lovely, what a pale ale.
