On tap at Beer Mongers. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Funky, fruity, citrus, some hops, brett. Nice tartness. Very pleasant.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, toasted grains, and light bugs. Flavour is full of soap, with toasted grains, rustic notes, and some detergent. Soapy and rustic; this doesn't work well.

On tap at Beer Junction. Pale light golden. Tons of mousse foam head. Love the funky front to this. Subtle hops underneath a slightly sour and juicy funk. Easy drinking. Refreshing brew.

Fairly and mostly hazy golden coloured body with a nice, two to three centimetre tall pure white head that shows a little bubbles, but a nice subtle haze and a crisp straw glow - especially up top. Aroma of beautifully funky yeast with the brett and lactobilly notes coming through along with a bright floral dose of hops and a slight banana and wheatie profile in the nose with a little of the yeast esters and a dash of residual sugars and sweetness from caster sugar at the end. Light-bodied; Very crisp and funky bretty and lactobilly flavours dominating with a big spontaneously fermented yeast sourness coming through and a dash of the wheat and lighter grainy notes that give this a backbone and some malts, but the sour, tart and even fruity flavours hit at the end and bring out a great complexity, coupled with a balanced amount of sugars and yeast, make this very well-rounded. Aftertaste shows mostly the funky, soured, tart bretty notes from the yeasts, but a light dry hop note and some subtle sweetness brings out a nicer, more well-rounded characteristic. Overall, a very nice saison with a great bretty, lactobilly and spontaneously fermented aspect that really brings ou the complexity and makes this saison even better! One of the best saisons I've had in a long time and a great beer to try, if you can find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon on 28-March-2021 for US$4,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 19-August-2021.

Can. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light fruits and a bit of funk with grass and hay underlying. Flavor has a light fruitiness with some hay, grass and a touch of funk supporting.
