As the season shifts, so does the beer we brew. Paulie is a low ABV farmhouse ale inspired by English Pub Ales and fermented with our house culture of feral and wild yeasts and batteries.

Chocolatey black lager vibes all over with nice light Saison body and mild funk.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, some leather, and rustic notes. Flavour is gently tart, with leather, wood, and rustic saison yeast. Balanced and funky, with a rustic finish. Excellent.

Med brown, thin head, toasty nose, sour and toasty, definitely not my thing. Well made because Fair Isle but not my type of beer at all.
