Time is of the essence during hop harvest, with breweries scrambling to squeeze as many fresh hop beers as they can into a short season. We made time for a hop saturated collaboration with our friends at Single Hill and ended up with Yakima Squeeze, a bright, West Coast IPA that combines fresh Yakima Valley hops with a splash of flavor from a New Zealand variety.

On tap at the Seattle taproom. Cloudy yellow with medium white head. Hoppy, grassy, dank, herbal, solid malty backbone, nice bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice clean IPA.

On tap at Reuben's, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank hops, pot-like notes, light pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dank and piney, with lots of pot-like hops, dankness, some pine, and biscuity malt. Majorly dank and pot-like. Lovely stuff.
