On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is hop-forward, with lots of rustic saison yeast, dank hops, and some bugs. Flavour is hop-forward, with a real nice citrusy, rustic character, along with some bugs and gentle oak. Yeah, this is expertly crafted. Nicely done.

Quite pale, slight haze, thin head. Oaky nose with herbaceous hops and that hing note I get sometimes…it’s a yeast thing and one day I’ll figure it out.
