Dull blonde, thin head. There's a fair bit of barrel on this, moderate lavender, sour lemon kicking in there. Has a fairly warm character - that's something where the floral elements are blending with the oak. The finish has a touch of acetic character that lends accent. Fairly tart.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is pretty earthy and sludgy, with soapy lavender, lemon balm, and lacto. Flavour is full of soapy lavender, lemon balm, earthiness, and tart, acidic notes. Murky, soapy, and earthy. This just isn't doing it for me.
