Purple, extra sweet grapey, a light acetic accent to it. The vinous character is a bit basic, but there's things to like here.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark red with a tiny white head. Aroma has a mix of Concord grape juice, funk, and some grape must. Flavour has a real nice musty grape character, with a sort of bone dry grape juice character, and modest funk. That grape juice character is surprisingly nice, since the sweetness is mostly attenuated out. Very good.
