Our take on a classic West Coast IPA, this crisp, bright beer, pours a deep golden colour. Chinook and Cascade set the stage with a bitter backbone of pine and resin, we then dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Cashmere for the tropical, dry finish you’d expect from one of the world’s most beloved styles.

Medium amber, bubbly head. Big fruity, orangey hop nose. Bitter, lots of sweet pale malt for balance, a bit of biscuity character as well. Liking the balance on this one.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh piney hops, sticky resins, and some biscuity malt. Flavour is true west coast-style, with assertive piney hops, plenty of resinous notes, and biscuity malt. Piney and resinous, with excellent hop expression. Now this is great.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Nice crisp malt underlay with pine hops and a touch of resin, clean. Not an amazing west coast, but it’s quite decent and it’s really nice to actually have a west coast with the plethora of hazies nowadays.
