Poured from the tap. Slightly hazed gold with small white head. Belgian yeast, esters, and spice, with the hops, especially the saaz, coming in on the backend. Decent.

Golden colour, bright, slightly hazy. Gentle fruit and spices in the aroma. The mouthfeel is dry, the malt has a bit of an earthy character, not my favorite, followed by yeast spiciness, pepper, some astringency, balanced bitterness. Maybe I expected something else, nevertheless it's pleasant.

Amber, just a slight haze. Bubbly head. Light toasty/orangey hop, mellow esters, on the palate some sweetness, mellow malt, earthy moderate bitterness. Solid, they handled the yeast well and it makes a huge difference in a beer like this.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a nice spicy hop character from the Saaz, with doughy Belgian yeast, and bready notes — now that smells legit. Flavour is wonderfully to style, bringing out a great spiciness character from the hops and Belgian yeast, along with bready malt and doughy notes. I don't usually get excited about a Belgian pale, but this is damn nice. Excellent.
