FA petite golden sour fermented with our house saison strain then aged in ex-Oregon red wine barrels. Funky barnyard notes, complimented by oak, grapes, berries and a dry yet refreshingly light acidic finish.

Hazy, dull. No head. There's a nice mellow tartness to this; it's pretty refreshing and the vinous accents in the finish complement the base nicely.

Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with minimal white head. Gooseberry forward with mild oak and vinous notes. At 3.8%, it’s quite nice.

473mL can, pours a hazy dull golden with a quickly-diminishing white head. Nose brings out a nice earthy barnyard funk, with a touch of vinous character, oak, and some gooseberry. Flavour is bright and complex for such a low ABV beer; there's notes of citrusy gooseberry, moderate barnyard funk, a hint of grape must, and oak. Dry, nicely funky, with an oaky, gooseberry-like finish. Quite nice.
