We figured we may as well pull out all the stops for the festival and make another version of Heavy Fruit. Go big or go home. On that note, this version of Heavy Fruit is Big. We decided to package it in 473ml tall cans. Heavy Fruit Tropics is made with Pineapple, Mango, Passionfruit, Orange, and Tangerine. It is straight nectar and tastes like good times.

On tap at Superflux, pours an opaque orange, looking like pulpy thick orange juice. Aroma is loaded with pineapple, oranges, and tropical fruit, with plenty of lactose and pithiness. Flavour drinks like a boozified smoothie, in no way beer-like — tasty orange, pineapple, and mango. Not a beer but a tasty smoothie.

Can at the brewery
It pours sludgy, the colour is light orange, like mango puree. The aroma is straight up mango smoothie, and banana, it smells good. It tastes the same, mango and banana smoothie, sweet, thick, with no beer accents. Very good smoothie, oh well, not a beer.

Poured from the can. Opaque orange juice with no head. Lots of pineapple and mango and orange. Tasty despite it being a questionable beer.
