A Field Blend of apple cider and fresh summer apricots. Whole—stone and all—foraged apricots were added to last year’s base cider. Bright, vibrant, and smells like an orchard in bloom!
Made with our family’s Certified Organic apples.
This is a can-conditioned cider. That means, that just likeeverything else we make, the CO2 in this can has been produced by yeast as a by-product of fermentation. In each individual can!

355 ml can. Labelled as Apricot Cider. Pours a pale gold with lots of carbonation. Aromas of earthy apples, some funk and apricot skins. Flavors of earthy apples, a little more funk and cottony apricots with just a bit of tang. Nice enough, and tastier than the industrial ciders.

355mL can. Pours hazy blonde. Tart apple skins and apricots on the nose; a bit funky. Flavour has musty apple skins, apricots, good funk. Very nice.

355mL can, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gently funky apple core, tart apricot, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry and bright, with lots of tart apple core, tart apricot, and gentle funk. Moderately-to-heavily acidic, with plenty of apple core on the finish. Unnecessarily alcoholic, which doesn't bring with it any added complexity or depth. It's not bad, but isn't terribly interesting.
