10oz shared with Phill and Matt after Zwanze 2022. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: weird, like peppers, some vegetables, a bit of tropical fruits. Taste: juicy, a bit dusty, more on the tropical fruits side than aroma, some hop burn. Overall: ok.

On tap at Structures, pours an opaque muddled yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of hopburn and chalk, with yeast soup, dirty pith, and muddled hopburn. Flavour is full of intolerable hopburn, yeast soup, and muddled chalkiness on the palate. This is exactly what I deplore about hazies: muddy, chalky, full of hopburn, and lacking any distinctiveness. Poor.

Trub style. Med head. Lots of galaxy on the nose…it’s green. Malts are thin, hops are harsh, and the lack of sugars gives too much room for the alcohol to dominate. This is too far on the side of unbalanced slurry for me.
