10oz shared with Phill and Matt after Zwanze 2022. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: like Belgian saisons, some esters and peppers, a bit of smoke. Taste: along the same lines, moderately bitter. Overall: ok.

On tap at Structures, pours a hazy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out grainy notes, light esters, and a touch of rustic notes. Flavour is rustic and grainy, with some rustic farmhouse notes, toasted dry grains, and crisp biscuity malt. Dry, rustic and grainy. Pleasant stuff.

Gold and bright. Fresh pale malt with a slight biscuity note, mellow leafy hop brings a touch of grapefruit and a hint on pear. Light esters. Moderate bitterness. Balanced, rock solid.
