473mL can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a medium white head. Nose brings out plenty of oaky notes, earthy hops, a touch of citrus, and some pithy tropical fruitiness. Flavour is very juicy, with lots of tropical fruits, bold citrus hops, a touch of earthiness, almost no foeder notes, and minimal pithiness. Vibrant, bright, juicy, and nicely hopped, with some gentle funkiness creeping in at the end. For a double hazy, this manages to avoid the usual traps in the style (chalkiness, murkiness, pithiness) and still packs some hops and vibrant juiciness. Very good.

This one is definitely sweet, light tropical hop note, touch of alcohol in the finish. Not bad…maybe I’d prefer a touch drier…more tannins. But not having perfect balance isn’t a crime, it’s just room for improvement. Drop some brett c into this shit.
