473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out some lemon balm, gentle pine, and a touch of green melon. Flavour is quite lemony, with plenty of lemon peel, gently bitter hops, light tropical fruit character, and some green melon; thin malt backbone that provides just enough support. Finishes very lemony and floral. A bit timid, but at least it's got decent clarity -- no chalky, murky nonsense. Could use more oomph, but it's pleasant and solidly made. Yeah, another 3.6.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Pale blond colour, cloudy, small head. It's very fruity, with the aroma being more varied (tropical fruits, pineapple, sweet orange, light passion fruit…), and the flavour beign a bit less comples (tropical fruit); the body is lean, there is no residual sweetness (which probably limits the expression of the fruits), but at least there is no chalk or pith; the bitterness is low, but still in the range for the style; this is all good, but then have to be noted that the finish is quite flat.
Overall it's a good beer, but something is missing.

Poured from the tap. Hazy golden yellow with small white head. Lemon peel, complimentary hopping, well balanced, quite nice.

Dullish colour. The lemon peel shows up nicely on the nose. Mild bitterness, some earthy sort of hops, and there's a bit of stone fruit character to this. Fairly juicy. Not bad.
