On tap at Darby's, pours a clear dull yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle rustic saison yeast, floral esters, and biscuity notes. Flavour is gentle, with gentle black pepper, rustic saison yeast, and gentle esters. Lightly tart, with a rustic, grainy finish. For such a low ABV beer, this is decent, but overall, it's not particularly interesting or complex.

Slight haze. Gold. Thin head. Off dry, bretty, quite fruity. Not bad. Drinks well and good complexity for a beer this size.
