On tap at �l Nanobrewery & Bar, pours black with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out a dry toasted malt character, with plenty of earth, and a hint of dry cocoa. Flavour is pretty robust, with medium roasted malt, a hint of coffee, some dry cocoa powder, and a tiny hint of sweetness. Robust and well-balanced. Very good.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5

Keg draught at the brewery tap. Dark brown and slightly translucent with an uneven khaki head. Deep Earthy aroma with some yeast extract and molasses. Taste is a sweet at first with a gritty bitterness shoving its way to the front of the queue but doesn't quite get there as the finish is actually pretty balanced. Not the most exciting export stout but solid and damn drinkable.
