[Vol. VI] Bottle pour at Threefold. Pours clear gold with a minimal white head. Very earthy nose with musty red apple skins. Flavour is also pretty earthy with a lot of apple skins, gentle tartness, some tannins, a bit musty, and a very nice layer of champagne yeast. Awesome.

[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023) - Vol. IV. Hazy pale blonde. Apple skin, simple funk, okay.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITH priceless Rachel's help (got it back!) in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: fermented apples, funk, a little bit of sweetness. Taste: same, crispy, nice. Overall: nice.

Pale. Nice apple character and a mellow sense of balance. Good straightforward drinking cider.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is Fort and funky, with wild yeast, crisp apple skins, and earthiness. Crisp, wild and funky. Pleasant.
