Poured from bottle @ FHF 2022 (backlog notes from Aug 06). Hazed dull yellow with very minimal white head. Earthy, apple skin, decent.

Has a sweet honeyed fruit note, and mellow apple. Earthy, nice apple character on the palate. Good complexity.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is bone dry, with notes of hay, rustic saison yeast, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is full of hay, with tart citrus, hay, and crisp apple skins. Dry, floral, and buggy, but not the most complex or funky. Solid.
