Pale purple and opaque. Tart, but a bit of sugary sweetness. Those element help to keep that fruit nice and bright.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small white head. Aroma is full of boysenberries and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is full of faint jammy boysenberries and a touch of dry earthiness. Dry, jammy and fruity. Good.
