Hazy, pale. The aroma is a wobbly sort of sour, not quite right. On the palate, lactic. Cleaner.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde gold with small white head. Slightly grainy with mild tart citrus undertones and feint hint of bugs. Okay.

Sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out buggy notes, light tartness, and straw. Flavour is full of straw, wild yeast, and rustic notes. Dry and buggy, with a wild, dry finish. Good.
