Driven by a blend of traditional Belgian yeast strains derived from the Ardennes region of Belgium and brewed satisfyingly crisp with bright notes of citrus.

Draft pour enjoyed at Container, Vancouver. Pale yellow pour. Patchy head and lacing. Floral front, cool constant, some lemon and grassy notes. Plastic nose. A bit waxy, with a lasting floral character. Interesting brew. Not bad.

Hazy pale. Decent. A bit sweat and footy in the yeast character, which is suboptimal.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy blonde with white head. Slightly rustic with a decent belgian yeast quality and mild citrusy grass hops. Not bad.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow, tiny head. Aroma brings out buggy, rustic saison yeast. Flavour is very dry and somewhat harsh, with harsh grainy notes and rustic saison yeast. Grainy and dry, but without any complexity whatsoever.
