A blend of up to 18 month old foeder beer hit with dry hop additions of Nelson Sauvin, Vic Secret and experimental hop variety EXP158 from Jackson Farms in Idaho. Pops of citrus, stonefruit and white wine character meld into oak complexity with the subtlest of funks from brettanomyces yeast.

Hazy, blonde. Missing the brightness here. So, it's got sticky malts, and decent hop accents.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Mild oak and citrus, feint hint of cheese. Meh.

16oz @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: farty, somewhat herbal and floral, some baking spices. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: ok, nothing special.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild heads, gentle dry hopping, and a touch of rustic notes. Flavour is dry and grainy, with wild yeast, oak, and rustic notes. Rustic, grainy finish. Decent.
