Poured from bottle at FHF 2022 (notes from Aug 06, 2022). Clear-ish yellow with small white head. Sweet fruit quality, light funk, saison yeast. Okay.

Tart. Mellow brett on the nose. Some stone fruit in there as well. Nice raspberry and grape notes.

Bottle thanks to Peter. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, wood, lemon, floral. Slick body, yeast, funk, wood, light tartness, very good.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is spicy and grainy, earthiness and oak, almost like this is a sahti blend. Flavour is buggy and spicy, with pine needles, spiciness, and earthiness. Light bugginess but there's a strong pine needle character that seems suboptimal. Decent but unspectacular.
