Noble Libation is an approachable, new-age Italian Pilsner made to be enjoyed by anyone. We’ve blended new and old world elements in both the hop combination and the complex Pilsner malt base in order to showcase the noble hops’ famous floral, citrus, and lightly spicy flavours.

Poured from the tap. Clear pale blonde with small white head. I don’t think they know what a Pilsner is… feint floral, hint of lemon citrus, bland biscuit malt. Definitely not a pils in any traditional sense. Despite the ridiculous classification, it’s not terrible. It grew on me as I drank more (raised my rating, but not happy with how they’re marketing it).

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is herbal and grassy, with light vegetal notes, herbal notes and plenty of bitterness. Flavour is herbal and very bitter, with grassy hops, vegetal notes and biscuity malt. Bitter and herbal. Not the greatest hop expression and lacks some vibrancy and crispness. Fine at best.
