Fiore, which means flowers in Italian, delivers a bouquet straight from the South Pacific. A clean and crisp pilsner with a complex malt character, balanced with layered aromas from New Zealand hops. It pours a bright straw-yellow with a fluffy, white, lasting head. Aromas of fresh citrus zest, gooseberries and tropical fruit lead to flavours of honey, graham cracker and subtle notes of white wine with a biscuity sweetness and balanced bitterness. This beer is sure to remain a favourite in our beloved lager series.

473ml can. Pours a clear yellow gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick curtains of lace. Aroma of grainy pale malt, lemon zest, green grape and grassy hops. Sweet flavour of biscuity pale malt, lemon zest, green grape, honey, black pepper, floral and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not really a Pilsner guy, but this was really good. Nice and hoppy.

Poured from the tap @ Luppolo. Clear yellow gold with small white head. Pils malt, tangy NZ hops with some classic grassy hops. Decent NZ pils.

Draft at the source. Clearish yellow color, white ice cream cone head. Aroma of light earth and subtle white pepper. Taste is peppery and lightly bitter. Tasty, but I'd like more hops.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Cloudy blond colour. Wonderful aroma, there's crispy malt, and pungent NZ hops. Dry and crisp mouthfeel, but I'm not totally convinced by the malt flavour; the hops are herbaceous, bold, bitter. Good, but something's strange. I hope I get to try it again.

16oz shared with Alex (thanks for the beer, man!) in Golden Ears on Alouette campground. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: a bit dank and fruity, slightly earthy. Taste: along the same lines, crispy. Overall: good one.

On tap at brewery. Pours cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma has fresh grass, some light malts and dry straw. Flavour again has a lot of dry grass, some light malts. This beer really leans into dry grass notes and I'm here for it.

Deep gold, thick head. Good bitterness but plenty of allium. Well balanced pils.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a clear bright golden with a bright white head. Aroma brings out lots of those NZ hops, with lots of tangy white wine hops, crisp crackery malt, and light straw. Flavour is bright and tangy, with lots of white wine tanginess, crisp crackery malt, and straw. Bright, clean, tangy and crisp. Excellent.
