On tap at Sovereign, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small off-purple head. Aroma brings out tons dry red wine barrels, oak, and some bugs. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of dry red grapes, light bugs, and dry oak. Bone dry, vinous, and oaky. Complex and well-made. Excellent.
