Bright gold. Ok…slight acetaldehyde on aroma and palate, lowish bitterness and ok crackey malt. Described as rustic which is usually code for “we can’t make a professional-grade lager” but this is at least pro level…just not interesting.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out crunchy toasted grains, maybe a hint of floral notes. Flavour is fresh and spicy, with toasted grains, bready malt, and some straw. I don't get the dandelion or peppercorns, but regardless, this is very nice.
