Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Castle Rock Carl Froch ].Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, malty, toffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141008]

Cask (Nottingham Beer Festival 2014) - Copper in colour. Dried fruit and caramel in the taste. Malty and fruity taste with raisins and chocolate detected.
