Our “flagship” IPA – west coast(ish) style with a slight haze, a light to medium body, and a soft mouthfeel. The low to moderate bitterness accentuates the hop derived grapefruit and citrus flavors and aromas. Balanced and crushable.

Malt: Pilsner, White Wheat, Flaked Oats
Hops: Strata, Citra

Dull quasi hazy, has a nice floral hop note but it’s not really hitting on the malt…gets sloppy.

On tap at Wheelie Pop. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Nice hit of dank hops on the nose. Flavour has dank oils, some resinous pine. Nice, I like the hops here.

On tap at Wheelie Pop, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some spicy hops, earthy pine cones, and biscuity malt. Flavour is much the same, with spicy pine needles, earthiness, and crusty bready notes. Fairy spicy and oddly expressive in the hop department. It's alright.
