[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Clear mahogany with small beige head. Lots of raspberry, quite nice.

Brown. Thin head. Bright raspberry taste. Light body. Good complexity to this.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: almost clear copper. Aroma: raspberries, some bready and roasted malt notes. Taste: same. Overall: pretty good.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a hazy dark red with a medium tan head. Aroma has a wonderful raspberry character upfront, backed by oak, balsamic and wild yeast. Flavour has a wonderful raspberry character upfront, with rustic saison yeast, wild yeast and oak in back. Complex and wonderfully incorporating of the raspberries. Lovely.
