Cursed Roads was brewed with Two Row, Pilsner, and Flaked Rye, Chinook, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Cashmere complement one another along with the subtle spiciness of the rye in the malt profile. We chose a clean yeast of American origin to preserve the integrity of the hopping regiment during fermentation before a heavy dose of Mosaic and Chinook in the dry-hop.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy rye notes, dank hops, light pepper, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is spicy and dank, with plenty of dank hops, spicy rye, and crisp biscuity malt. A bit dry and spicy, with less bright of a hop character than some of their other offerings. Good.
