Box @ Thomas Tallis, Canterbury. Pours pale yellow. Aroma lightly souring bitter apple. Taste is distinctly watery and thin with an excessively drying bitter skin character. Not a lot of fruit coming through. Not good at all.

@GBBF2014. Sour-fresh nose, quite pale clear in the glass. Very dry sourish beginning. Not much sweetness left. Not much cider-apple aroma. Typical West-country aroma. Very sourish-tart without deepness.

Bag in a box at The Berry, Walmer, Kent. Crystal clear pale gold/green colour. Bit of eating apple on aroma. Very bramley in the mouth with an edge from the gala. Cooking/eating apples give a very appley characterful cider. Some decent acidity. Very drinkable, laacks the tannin of say a cider apple cider. Tasty though.
