Experimental NON-ALCOHOLIC Hazy IPA with Citra. We slightly adjusted our process from the last time we made a non-alcoholic IPA, because we're learning and stuff, ya know?

This time we dry hopped with Citra Cryo, and Citra Hyperboost. The hop character presents itself in a slightly more "fresh hop pellet" way than we are used to but we still taste lively notes of orange peel and lemon with a clean and pleasantly sweet finish.

Poured from the tap. Murky dull yellow orange with small white head. Weird earthy orange and pith, thin body. My initial reaction was “wtf??”, but as I got past that, other than the odd earthiness, which I think the others have described as “raw” or “husky”, it’s more or less what you would expect from a Superflux chalk non alc. That unique feature, however, does bring it down a notch for me as being out of place.

Opaque, thin head, fresh citra nose, on the palate it's a bit husky, has a decent bitterness and a fresh hop note with some oranges. Decent malt and complexity in a non alc. one of the better ones I've had.

On tap at Superflux, pours an opaque muddled orange with a small white head. Aroma is raw, with lots of underripe oranges, hopburn, and pithiness. Flavour is bizarre, with lots of odd underripe fruitiness, pith, and a bit of chalk. Finishes rather raw in its hopburn character. Not great.
