This beer was brewed from the second running's of Debauchery, so it could be considered Debauchery's little brother. We let it sour by itself from the bacteria on the grain it was brewed with. After fermentation we aged Allure on dandelion root, sarsaparilla root, licorice root & gumbo file. Expect a complex while morrish table bier.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is full of sarsaparilla and licorice root. Flavour is very dry and earthy, with tons of root beer, licorice and root beer. Bone dry, very soil-like. Certainly interesting. Not bad, but not exactly my thing.
