Poured from 500mL bottle (thanks Derek and JF; lot 2557; date stamped 12-04-2021). Hazed gold with small white head. Saison yeast, oak, bugs, feint vinous notes. Decent.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a cohesive mix of subdued rustic saison yeast, red wine barrels, and bugs -- all quite mellow though, but integrated. Flavour is integrated well, with a nice vinous character, rustic and buggy yeast, and a touch of oak. Vinous, buggy, and lightly oaky. Very good.
