375ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: cloudy straw with a white head. Aroma: barrel, some funk and fermented vegetables. Taste: very acidic, barrel character and some funk. Overall: too aggressive.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. Wild yeast and stone fruit, decent.

Pale amber with slight haze. Not much head. Some buggy notes, light stone fruit character and a hit of lactic. Good complexity, solid brew.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some wild yeast and some gentle tart melon. Flavour is full of lightly tart melon and some wild yeast. Tart, melon-y, and somewhat oaky. Rather acidic and fruity. Nothing special but it's drinkable.
