Complexity of distance is a blend of 1 to 3-year-old, barrel-fermented mixed culture saison. This blend was selected for its complex range of flavors and subtle nuance that allows it to integrate with the Kohatu and a citra dry hop additions.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy bright pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is unique in its wild yeast expression combining well with the dry-hopping; there's oak, wild bugs, and almost a butterscotch character to the hops. Flavour is very buggy, with tons of wild yeast, butterscotch galore, some tanginess, and oak. Unusual yeast expression, with a butterscotchy finish. Good but not my favourite of their blended BA saisons.
